Referrals
Children may be referred to the Burrell Autism Center by their parents, doctors, educators or other treating professionals. Referrals and questions can de directed to (417) 761-5330. The fax number for referrals or doctor’s orders is (417) 761-5331.

Clinical Intake
After a referral, an appointment is made for the parent/legal guardian to complete the intake process. Intake packets are available by calling (417) 761-5330. A part of the intake process is to gather all medical and educational records concerning your child. We will review your intake information and begin scheduling screening and evaluation appointments as appropriate upon the completion of your intake packet.
